Ricky’s view - Representing a fantastic first time purchase, buy to let or downsizing home. Not one but four feature fireplaces, black cast iron radiators and high ceilings provide fantastic character. My favourite room has to be the living room, it has oak flooring which is throughout the downstairs, great carpentry within alcoves housing space for plants, pictures and decorative items and wall lights creating a stunning ambiance. Both bedrooms can fit double beds, built in wardrobes are within the biggest bedroom and the second room has space for freestanding units. Ample storage is found underneath the stairs and in the three lofts, enabling tidy spaces and space for suitcases and seasonal items. Working from home or lifting weights within the separate office/gym allows a space away from the house to concentrate. The current homeowners have informed me how quiet the turning is and how friendly the neighbours are. Having off street parking directly outside is so convenient when bringing in shopping and when the weather is bad.
