After 1.5 miles, upon reaching the 't'-junction at Sprys Shop, turn right. Follow this road for 2.3 miles towards Broadwoodwidger until reaching Crosslanes. Here turn left signed Quoditch/Halwill and after approx. 2.4 miles, just before Quoditch Cross (T Junction), the entrance to the land will be found on the left hand side, with a Bond Oxborough Phillips "For Sale" board clearly displayed.
