This is a bright modern house with some great features like wooden flooring in the dining room and a large stairwell and landing with a modern chandelier. Velux windows at the front bring extra light into the rooms at the front of the house and at the back both the living room and the dining room have bi-folding patio doors. When you open them up in the summer it’s great for having lots of family and friends over as the party can spill into the garden.

There are plenty of bedrooms, 5 that can also be used as offices if you work from home like we do. There is a large pantry/store room meaning all of your junk can be hidden away from the rest of the house. The master bedroom is huge and the gorgeous ensuite bathroom entered through an archway is a fantastic luxury.

The neighborhood is well served by both schools, shops, takeaways and choice of pubs.
It's at the end of a cul de sac so no passing traffic and we were delighted to find after moving here that a short walk away are beautiful fields, bluebell wood and streams to go walking through.

We have had a lovely time living here and hope you will enjoy it too.

There is a seriously impressive amount of accommodation with this house and it's ready for someone to move straight in without needing to lift a finger with decorating. Upstairs has four bedrooms including a gorgeous main bedroom suite with a free-standing bath and twin sinks in the en-suite as well as fitted wardrobes. Downstairs has what you'd expect by way of a kitchen, utility room and downstairs loo - there's also two huge reception rooms both opening into the garden. There's an office space and also another bedroom & bathroom, so lends itself perfectly as a little self-contained annex, or teenagers' hangout depending on your needs.

Area comments...

Russet Road is around a 5 minute drive from the centre of Maidenhead with all the usual high street shops, and eateries you'd expect as well as a cinema. The main line station will take you into Paddington in around 20 mins, and thanks to the recent opening of the Elizabeth "Lizzy" Line you're connected to the London Underground as well! Maidenhead is surrounded by gorgeous little villages, hamlets and National Trust land and properties, so there's plenty of countryside (and country pubs!) to explore in all directions.
