Over the past few years, we have lovingly renovated the property, transforming it into an open-plan haven perfect for our growing family. The layout is ideal for social gatherings, providing plenty of room for everyone to enjoy. There is free parking on the road as well as a driveway, we have two cars and never have any trouble parking.

One of our favourite aspects of this home is the garden. Nearby mature trees offer a great deal of privacy and a serene atmosphere. The garden's generous length ensures that we can enjoy sunshine throughout the day, from morning coffees on the patio to evening dinners by the summer house at the end of the garden. The trees also provide refreshing shade on hotter days, making it a perfect playground for our son to run around and explore.

Wow, there's really not much else I can add over and above what the lovely owners have said. Credit to them, this house is absolutely gorgeous and just oozing with charm. A lot of buyers I speak to are looking for two bedrooms plus a room to use as an office space, which this house absolutely has and works perfectly. I am so excited to show you round, so get in touch quickly - if the last house I had for sale on Portlock Road was anything to go by, this one won't hang around for long either!
