Welcome to our beloved home! We have cherished every moment since moving here back in 2021. From the moment we first saw it, we fell in love with its character and charm, especially the original fireplaces that add a touch of history and warmth to the space. Over the past few years, we have lovingly renovated the property, transforming it into an open-plan haven perfect for our growing family. The layout is ideal for social gatherings, providing plenty of room for everyone to enjoy. There is free parking on the road as well as a driveway, we have two cars and never have any trouble parking.

The Garden – Your Private Oasis
One of our favourite aspects of this home is the garden. Nearby mature trees offer a great deal of privacy and a serene atmosphere. The garden's generous length ensures that we can enjoy sunshine throughout the day, from morning coffees on the patio to evening dinners by the summer house at the end of the garden. The trees also provide refreshing shade on hotter days, making it a perfect playground for our son to run around and explore.

A Wonderful Community
What truly sets this home apart is the incredible community in Portlock. Our neighbours have been nothing short of amazing. There is a group WhatsApp always ready to lend a helping hand or pass down toys for our little one. Wow, there's really not much else I can add over and above what the lovely owners have said. Credit to them, this house is absolutely gorgeous and just oozing with charm. A lot of buyers I speak to are looking for two bedrooms plus a room to use as an office space, which this house absolutely has and works perfectly.
