Having been fortunate enough to live here in Grosvenor Road for nearly seven years, it will be with a twinge of sadness we say goodbye to this beautiful home. Not only could you not wish for nicer neighbours, the whole road has a wonderful community feel which is regularly demonstrated via our WhatsApp group, where people ask for recommendations, share information or just want to check in on you!

When sitting in or tending to the beautiful garden, it sometimes feels like you are in the countryside and there’s also a large park just around the corner which is great for walking the dog and was much enjoyed by my children when they were younger.

The open plan living area has worked well for us but a new owner could easily divide this space back into two rooms and potentially remove the wall between kitchen and dining area, for a different configuration.

We have been spoilt with such wonderfully large bedrooms and it’s so peaceful here which is always a bonus when you want a weekend lie in or early night!

It will be a fortunate person or family that gets to live here next; my circumstances have changed though so it’s now time for my family and I to start a new adventure somewhere else.
