When we moved here, we wanted a house with a sunny back garden, parking and a short walk to the sea. We fully intended moving on after a few years - but 18 years later we're still here. The house has grown with us and our family and has provided everything we need - plenty of room (it's the perfect house for parties), a friendly local community, space to work from home and an easy walking distance to schools, town and beach without being so near that you feel like you're in the thick of it. Having the green space of the playing fields over the road has been great for letting off steam, Seven Dials has provided most of life's daily essentials and the garden is such as sun trap that you feel like you're living a beach life. This house has been the best we've ever lived in and it's going to be difficult to top it!
