Sandy Balls Holiday Centre is 15 minutes away by footpath (or 5 minutes by car), where there is a leisure complex, pool, restaurant, pub and shop. Godshill’s traditional pub with good food is 10 minutes walk down the lane. Fordingbridge (2 miles) provides a range of supermarkets. Health, recreational and educational facilities, with easy access to Bournemouth, Southampton and the Cathedral City of Salisbury. There are a number of good local riding stables, golf clubs and fishing in the Avon Valley.
