"My Mum has lived in this property for over 60 years. Bemsted Road has always been such a friendly road with very caring and considerate neighbours. There is a sense of community within the road. The property is well located within the Lloyd Park area and is also within easy reach of all amenities. I grew up in this property and it has a place in my heart. I would love to find a buyer who will enjoy a bit of a blank canvass as the property although sound and tidy could do with updating. The buyer would also not find better neighbours and the sense of community where everyone helps each other."
