We moved to our home in 2012 when our children were aged 3 and 1 and this has been our family home for the last near on 12 years. We have absolutely loved living here and truth be told the children are reluctant to move as we have so many happy memories.
Our home is everything you would expect from a loving family house and it has served us well however needs change and we are now looking for the next stage house with teenagers and a dog!
We extended to include a family room about 5 years ago and with this also had the garden landscaped. The garden is a wonderful area especially when we have a glimpse of sunshine and have chance to sit out with a BBQ and a firepit. We have also had many family occasions in the garden and the kitchen/ family space is great for entertaining.
We are now looking for our forever home so list with heavy heart and hope this house brings as much joy to you as it has to us.

Quite simply this is a great house that we can't find much fault with at all! You've got a nice entrance hall and a downstairs loo, then you enter the living room. The staircase is a lovely feature in this room giving it some character, and there's a huge window so plenty of light floods in. Beyond that is the kitchen that's been extended at the back to create that much sought after dining & more informal living space. There's double doors into the garden as well as skylights in the vaulted ceiling so the space feels bright and big! There's also a utility room with side access and access into the garage which has been partially converted and currently in use as a gym. Heading upstairs there are three double bedrooms and a lovely family bathroom. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and the main bedroom has a nice en-suite as well. There's driveway parking, and a west-facing garden - west is best if you're looking to enjoy the sun in the garden late into the evening.

Sevenoaks Drive is nicely tucked away not far off Basingstoke Road and is a lovely cul-de-sac of well kept detached houses. You also have various walkways and cut-throughs taking you out to either Mays Farm Sang, which in turn leads up to Deardon fields or further down to Langley Mead Nature Reserve, perfect for those that love a stroll or daily bit of green. You also have Ryeish Green Sports Hub just a short walk away, local amenities like your One Stop or Budgens and some very popular pubs too. You also have easy access to Reading or Wokingham towns, making this location perfect for convenience whilst also being able to switch off from the business of day to day life.
