What we thought about the property
We were totally wowed by the views afforded by this fantastic 4 bedroom family home, it was really breath taking. In our opinion the vendors have really taken every opportunity to maximixe the views and outside space.   • The stunning far reaching panoramic views over the Kentish countryside, along with the very peaceful location and we could see the potential to make the house a wonderful family home once extended and refurbished.

    2. What improvements have you made to the house ?
    Extended to add the large kitchen (solid wooden units and granite worktops) and opened up to make a large kitchen diner. Added a new garage to the other side of the house. New double glazed windows throughout and bi-fold doors to the kitchen. Landscaped the rear garden including terracing with re-enforced gabion steel cages on two levels. Replaced old wooding decking and balcony with high quality trex composite decking / balcony with frameless toughened glass balustrade. Replaced both family and en-suite bathrooms. Rewired electrics. Re-plastered and redecorated throughout and new carpets on stairs and upstairs hallway and bedrooms. New front door will be fitted at the end of July 2024.

    What have you enjoyed about living there ?
