We have also benefited by maximising the garden space, clearing out trees and building the decking area at the far end which backs on to the Whitestone school grounds. This is a lovely area of the garden, a peaceful place to hang out on warm evenings and weekends.

We lovespending time watching movies together in the living room on warm evening with the bi folding doors open to the patio.

We’ve enjoyed hosting large family gatherings, utilising the down stairs living spaces adjoined to the garden through the bi folding doors on to the patio. Having the garden space allowed us to have an outside space and interaction with neighbours, we even had a family water fight over the fence one sunny weekend during lockdown!

We will definitely miss the neighbours, we’re fortunate to have friendly and helpful neighbours on both sides. We enjoyed many social events and can rely on each other for help.
We are selling to move to a catchment area for our preferred choice of senior school for our growing children, something we value highly. Our children have benefited by attending the local Whitestone Infants and Chetwynd Junior schools, excellent facilities and culture.
