Sellers comments: We have absolutely loved living in our cosy, Camberwell flat for the past 7 years. The really close proximity to Camberwell, Brixton, Peckham and Dulwich has provided countless trips for food, coffee and entertainment. We have particularly enjoyed having multiple great parks at our fingertips, whether Ruskin Park for lunch time strolls or Brockwell Park for Park Run followed by the best hot chocolate in South London. We love lazy Sunday brunches in our flat, with the high ceilings and big windows providing lots of natural light. And to top it off St. Pancras is just 15 minutes away on the Thameslink for those spontaneous trips to Europe! We are really sad to be leaving but with a new addition to our family it is time to move on and let someone else enjoy this wonderful home.
