A place that has brought us so much joy and happiness for the last 2 years, and we are eager to share the exceptional qualities that make this property, our cherished family home and why we don’t want to leave.

Nicole & I bought the property as first-time buyers but wanted something special and unique to start our journey as homeowners and soon to be parents. We knew exactly what we wanted however there was nothing in the market that existed, until Millgate Homes advertised their newest development of luxury apartments, with large private gardens, located on the local cricket field in Arborfield Green. We both remember very clearly the first time turning into Victory gardens and seeing the Pavilion Apartments and instantly knew this is something special. Within the first minute of seeing it, we both said “this is it...... This is going to be our family home”.

The ground floor apartment itself is beautiful and has an ambiance of warmth which is so important to us. We certainly feel like we have been spoilt with the Millgate specification such as Underfloor heating, Amtico Flooring and shaker kitchen options. The spacious bedrooms include built-in wardrobes that offer great storage and gorgeous views of the garden and fields.

Our most favourite thing about our home though, is the garden as this is where we spend most of our time either playing, eating and in the summer evenings, relaxing with a glass of wine. Being located at the end of the building facing the cricket field, we have pure privacy whilst looking out to endless peaceful green space. A huge unique benefit our home offers is the garden allows access to our parking space which makes our daily routines a breeze. The ability to enter and exit our home directly from the garden has proven invaluable in the countless times we have darted out for errands or welcomed our friends and family.

We love Arborfield Green so much, we are literary moving 2 roads along as we never want to leave here and we know once you see our home and what it has to offer, you will never want to leave either.

When it comes to building homes, Millgate are one of if not the best in the business. The finish and detail that they put in is simply excellent and this home is no different. Our sellers have kept it in superb condition and perfectly summed up why not only is this a great apartment but also a fantastic location with so much green space right on your doorstep.

As you can see from the details this home has some fantastic space on offer and is very rare to find an apartment built to this standard with outside space. The apartment has stacks of storage with a large cupboard to the left as soon as you walk into the entrance hall, plus the bonus of a separate utility cupboard next to it. It also offers two double bedrooms both which have built in storage. The master bedroom benefits from having its own superb, en suite shower room but you've also got an additional main family bathroom just across the hallway both of which have been finished to an incredible standard. One of the things we love the most is the amount of natural light you get throughout but this is evident most in the living and dining room where you have light coming in from the french doors leading onto the private garden. As our sellers have mentioned, this home has lovely Amtico flooring running right the way through but even better than that is the fact that is has underfloor heating underneath it with individual zone control panels in every room.

The kitchen is a great specification with full built in, Siemens appliances such as your oven, washer/dryer and a dishwasher but what we love most are the shaker style units and the solid stone worktops. Outside it comes with an allocated parking space with direct access from the garden but there is plenty of additional parking nearby too.

If you are looking for an immaculately presented home that has such a lovely feel when you walk in with its own outside space, then look no further as this is not one to miss out on, we can't wait to show you how good it is inside.

Area Comment...
Arborfield Green is such a fantastic location with acres of green space right on your doorstep. Arborfield Village has also benefitted from a great deal of redevelopment in recent years, and there are plenty of local amenities from the local Co-Op which is only a 15 minute walk away, to a new coffee shop now open, as well as other facilities to come in the near future with the introduction of 'The Hub' which will include a Sainsburys amongst other retailers. If schools are important to you then you are firmly in catchment and walking distance of the renowned Bonhunt Secondary School. One of our favourite places to get something to eat and drink is the Bull pub but you have a great variety of other options locally. Access into Wokingham, Reading and the surrounding villages is all very simple, and you're even round the corner from the Surrey/Hampshire borders as well as easy access to both M3 & M4 motorways.
