Woodcock Court has been our home since 2014 and has provided the backdrop of many joyous family get togethers over the years - the cul-de-sac has always been a safe space for kids to play and the setting of the house has meant lots of afternoons spent soaking up the sun in the south-facing garden. Despite the convenience of the proximity to the M4 and A33 you will be surprised how quiet it is. With the fields behind us it’s certainly a wildlife haven as well with all manner of birds visiting the garden. We have loved our time at Woodcock Court and have so many fond memories and we hope that this home can provide that and more for another family.

This is a gorgeous family home with some excellent living spaces. Upstairs there are four superb bedrooms with a dressing area with lots of wardrobe space and a new en suite to the main bedroom. There's also a lovely refitted bathroom for the other three bedrooms to share. Downstairs is where the space gets really impressive in our opinion - you start with a nice big entrance hall with some handy storage under the stairs and a downstairs loo. Then to the left is the first reception room, currently used as an office/TV room, with the dining room to the right, with a lovely big bay window. Heading to the back of the house you've got a recently refitted kitchen/breakfast room with a nice peninsular unit that doubles up as a breakfast bar and there's a back door here too. Off the kitchen is a great size living room with a fire place and French doors opening into the garden. The garden is absolutely lovely, and a nice sunny aspect. You also have a garage and driveway parking to top it off!

Three Mile Cross is great location, offering the best of both worlds here, you have some fantastic countryside walks so close by and you can easily forget you are just a few minutes from Reading town centre itself. You have various local amenities within the village and some popular schools, making it a great area for families. There are bus links including Mereoak Park and Ride taking you directly into Reading and you are so well connected with the A33 and junction 11 of the M4 on your doorstep and lets not forget how close you are to Green Park Business district & train link, making this an excellent commuter spot for London too.
