Property description

Comment From Robert Reed Of Gascoigne Halman

When I was growing up, on Christmas Day, my parents would give me what we called in the family a surprise box. This contained things I wasn¿t expecting and always delighted me! Applying this analogy to houses, this amazing semi detached house in a central position in Tarvin gave me similar feelings of surprise and delight when I first inspected it.

From the front it looks fairly typical of its architectural type. But the surprises flow thick and fast thereafter! The house has been extended significantly at ground floor level so there are now four large reception rooms, a lovely open plan breakfast kitchen and shower room. This gives so much versatility to growing families and a real sense if space and comfort. At first floor there are two double bedrooms, one single and a bathroom.

Then externally, there are a series of features that include off road parking and the most wonderful garden, which at 0.17 acre is easily one of the largest in the immediate vicinity. It enjoys large expanses of lawn and a fabulous terrace area so this is about as good as you will ever find at this price range if you want a garden to entertain in and have large gatherings.

I am proud to offer this home for sale. It has a lovely atmosphere, has been a much loved home for many years standing and is in excellent decorative order throughout. Offered at a competitive price and with no ongoing chain, viewing is essential. If you like it, you will feel as happy as I did on Christmas day when growing up!
