We've loved living at Darleydale Close! A quiet close with friendly neighbours and walking distance to the primary schools, shops and Wildmoor Heath. We love the changing view across the forest from the upstairs windows, and the greenery all around. The layout of the house is excellent for a family, with loads of storage in the recently fitted kitchen, breakfast bar and utility. Whoever lives here next will be very happy!

This house has such an impressive kitchen space and has to be one of the best family homes that we have seen in this area in a long time. Our sellers have perfectly summed up why not only is this a great house but also a fantastic location with so much green space right on your doorstep.

As you can see this home has some excellent space on offer both upstairs and downstairs with some great room sizes. The open entrance hall welcomes you through, it then leads you into the spacious living room complete with a lovely feature log burner and solid wood flooring throughout.

The back of the house boasts a 27ft, underfloor heated, open plan kitchen and dining area with doors leading onto the garden. This is one of our favourite features on this home and where our sellers spend the majority of their time. The kitchen itself is an impressive spec with a mix of wood and stone worktops, and has all of the integrated appliances you would expect, including a wine fridge. You've also got a useful utility room off of the kitchen in addition, there is a cloakroom to the front of the home with ample storage under the stairs.

Upstairs all of the bedrooms are a good size with three of them being double rooms. But the master bedroom is our personal favourite on this floor with its great views and beautifully refitted en suite bathroom. The family bathroom has been refitted to the same style match the en suite and is in great condition. As we've mentioned, there is potential to extend this house (STP) by creating another room above the garage as many others have in the road making it a longer term family home.

The garden is a lovely size and very secluded with no houses directly behind. As you can see from the details it has been landscaped by our current sellers and makes the perfect summer entertaining space. There is tapered side access down one side with access to the front, where you have driveway parking for multiple vehicles and the garage. You've also got a parade of shops on Yeovil Road for your everyday essentials. But within a few minutes drive you are at the popular Camberley Meadows where you have choice of both Tesco and M&S superstores. If you like the idea of having green space to walk around and a playpark for the children, then this is perfect as Sandhurst Memorial and Snaprails park is less than a mile away from your door. If you are commuting there are great links to both the M3 and M4 whilst well positioned between Sandhurst and Camberley train stations.
