Why the owner loves the property:
is an amazing place to live. We knew as soon as we saw it 10 years ago that it was the right place for provides a perfect combination of living in the countryside as well as having brilliant access to the M3 & M4 and excellent rail links from Reading and Theale where you can be in Paddington in 30 minutes.Originally the coach house to Highwoods, it is unique and spacious with high ceilings and some lovely original features which we have retained to keep its integrity. The kitchen is our favourite room and we spend the majority of time in it. Perfect for family meals and for entertaining, and when the doors are open, the large patio and kitchen space merge into one.The location has only 6 other houses, so you definitely have privacy as well as a great community spirit among the lovely neighbours. We are also lucky to have lots of rolling fields and wooded areas right on the door step to explore when walking with our dog.The only reason we are moving is because we are relocating to the North.
