We moved to Bathurst Road in Spring of 2016 and immediately began the task of transforming our new home, to bring it out of the 70s and into the modern day! We love the wood burner we had installed in the living room, it’s great for a cold winter’s night and makes the whole house so cosy. The house now has 2 beautiful bathrooms, has been decorated throughout, including panelling in the master bedroom and we have landscaped the garden in a way that means maintenance is low and you can really just enjoy all it has to offer. The garden boasts a home office that has been sound proofed and even has air conditioning!

The road has a real community feel to it, we think this is helped by the fact it is a no-through road and lots of people walk their dogs, cycle with their children and always stop and say hello. It is a short walk to the station with fast links to local towns and an hour from London. Sainsburys and Starbucks can be reached on foot in 5 minutes, which is a real perk to living on Bathurst Road and the beautiful Dinton Pastures is 15 minutes away on foot, many a weekend we spent there enjoying walks around the lake.

We have absolutely loved living here, the road itself is spacious and the houses sit really far back, you are not overlooked and it is a quiet area with amazing links, schools and amenities. We know that the next family who live at no.67 will love this house as much as we have.

The moment I walked into Bathurst I was blown away by the attention to detail.
