The A90, which is the major road link to the north and south, can be easily accessed just outside Brechin or Stonehaven, both approximately 12 miles away.
Local schools are nearby and for further education there is Arbroath College, the University of Dundee as well as Abertay and the University of Aberdeen as well as rgu.
