We have lived in lower Earley for 18yrs and have loved living here. We have done so many alterations to the house garage conversion space, open plan kitchen dining, loft space. This house is extremely special to us and we have such wonderful memories. Short safe walks to Maiden Erlegh school and Loddon primary school- where all of our children have thrived. Wonderful neighbours, Short walk down to the river loddon with lots of green space which is perfect for children and walking the dogs. This house has worked well for our big family but now we have decided to reallocate and join other family members.

Lower Earley has so much all close by, with a small walkway that will take you up to Maiden Place shops, with Sainsbury's local, a cafè, pub and some great takeaways, along with other amenities. You have asda and Chalfont shopping complex only a few minutes drive and easy access out onto the M4 or A329M. The location is also great for schools, with Hawkedon Primary School just a minute walk away, along with others within Lower Earley which is why this area tends to be popular for families.
