Comment From Robert Reed Of Gascoigne Halman

I sold my first house in Kingsmead back in 2003, when this impressive collection of modern
houses was in its early days. Wind the clock forward to the present day and Kingsmead has
flourished into one of the most popular places to live in the locality. This particular house is
ideally located within walking distance of the renowned Sir John Deane¿s sixth form college, Kingsmead Primary School and a range of day to day shops and amenities including pub, dentist, tesco and takeway food outlets.

This particular house was constructed by Redrow and has a handsome aesthetic
appearance. The current owners have been in the house for 16 years and in that time have
invested heavily into the house so as to create a first class family home that combines
practicality with style and is embedded with quality. The plot is also excellent having ample
parking, detached double garage and south westerly facing rear garden that is beautifully
landscaped.

The ground floor is very flexible with four reception rooms, one of which is a terrific
orangery that takes full advantage of views of the garden. The kitchen has also been refitted
in recent years and has excellent design.
