"I purchased Conifer Lodge during covid. In need of full renovating it became a labour of love restoring it back to its former glory. It is a quiet block, with friendly, respectful neighbours and overlooks The Higham's Park and the city of London. The period ceilings and sash windows offer so much light and the best sunsets and views, all year round. It has been the perfect first home, with my partner later moving in. We have enjoyed hosting family and friends, being surrounded by beautiful open spaces and long walks in Epping Forest and frequently wandering down to Highams Park, South Woodford and Wanstead. It is around a 15 minute walk to Woodford Station or Highams Park, and easily commutable into town. Woodford High Road offers great local amenities, good restaurants and cafes. The Broadway Deli is a personal favourite, selling great produce and coffee! We have loved living here and we really hope that it's new owners will enjoy and care for it, as much as we have."
