Having lived here for 24 years I am now looking to downsize. This is a great place to live as a family, the views over the park and secluded garden make a lovely living space. I fell in love with it on first viewing because of the light airy feel created by the large sash windows. The original sash windows are in good working condition though due for a paint job or to upgrade if desired, 1 of the smaller ones to the rear is due to be repaired.
