A note from the owners;
This has been the perfect family home for us for the last 7 years. It was the first home that we bought, and we moved in a month before we got married. I don’t think we ever expected to stay this long but time has flown by.
We are very sad to leave it but will take with us many happy memories; a New Year’s Eve dinner party for 15 people in the Garage, countless summer evenings in the garden, and of course, bringing our two children back from hospital as newborn babies.
We’ve loved the location (Northern Line and National Rail a short walk/bus ride away), the spaciousness of all the rooms and ceiling heights, and the convenience of side-access for prams and bicycles. Plus, having a study for wfh days, separate utility room for coats, wellies and wine, and, of course, a garage has all been invaluable.
We hope the next owners are as happy here as we have been.
