I sold my house in Sandington Drive back in 2003 and twenty one years later, I still admire this development greatly. It was constructed by Jones Homes to a pleasing aesthetic design and the plots are notable for their good sizes and generous parking arrangements. This particular house has the benefit of a an attractively designed south facing garden, a freehold tenure and extensive investment into the kitchen, en suite and bathroom.

Internally the house delivers well balanced and most attractively planned accommodation, which is superbly presented, is easy on the eye and benefits from an excellent layout. It also has an attractively proportioned entrance hallway and landing that you will rarely find in a house at this price level.

Location

The development was constructed by Jones Homes and has established itself as one of Sandiway¿s most desirable residential addresses for modern property. The location is ideal, being within distance of amenities including a two schools, shops and railways station on the Chester ¿ Manchester line.
