"This has been my home for the past 38 years and if my children hadn't all gone to universities up north, met partners, stayed and produced 4 grandchildren I would happily stay here for the rest of my life. It is a home not a house, I brought 3 babies home from hospital here and waved them off to universities from here, the years in between produced more happy memories, When I told friends I was selling I asked them how they would describe this house in a couple of words "a happy house" "bright but cosy" "friendly and fun" "a home" were some of the replies and I agree.
