The lodge is entered via a side entrance into a large, open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. Immediately inside the door are coat hooks and a fitted bench with shoe storage underneath.

The kitchen area has amenities to include an integrated dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, oven and gas hob (site mains lpg connected), extractor fan and plenty of storage cupboards with equipment for cooking. The lodge has a separate laundry area with washing machine and sink. A door opens to a separate storage cupboard and a cupboard housing the boiler.

The lounge dining area has integrated furniture, cupboards and shelving and includes two freestanding sofas, a coffee table and a living flame effect electric fire. The dining area has a freestanding table and four chairs with beautiful views through the two French doors of distant countryside.

A separate hallway leads to the bathroom and bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed which lifts for extra storage underneath with bedside cupboards and overhead lamps. There is an ensuite shower room with integrated vanity and storage cupboards below the sink, a separate walk-in wardrobe area with fitted cupboards, shelving and a mirror.

The twin bedroom has two full-size single beds and a bedside cupboard and lamp. It has a walk-in wardrobe and dressing area with fitted cupboards and mirror. A door opens to provide direct access to the main bathroom.

The main bathroom has a full-size bath with overhead shower and shower screen with a toilet and wash basin. Fitted overhead vanity cupboard and under sink storage cupboards.

The lodge is also fitted with smoke detection alarms and carbon monoxide alarm.

Location: The lodge is set with a select development of 13 units in an elevated corner position to benefit from beautiful countryside views, it provides an excellent base for relaxing holidays. The site is a family run and TripAdvisor 2023 recommended site. It sits in 56 acres of meadow, woodland and lakes. There are four fishing lakes which offer free of charge coarse fishing. There is a heated outdoor swimming pool, children’s outdoor play area, outdoor football goals and plenty of space to play or exercise. For animal lovers, the site has a separate area for donkeys, horses and a range of small farm animals with petting and feeding sessions organised by the friendly site staff. The site is pet friendly with a separate enclosed dog exercise area. Other facilities include an on-site café, shop/reception and indoor playbarn/games room.

The site is located within easy reach of the South coast, with nearby attractions including the fishing village of Mevagissey, Charlestown, Eden Project, an array of golden sandy beaches at Pentewan, Porthluney Cove, Carlyon Bay, Carne & Pendour. Truro is within an 11 mile drive with the Hall for Cornwall, an excellent range of shopping and restaurants. Newquay is a 16 mile drive and Falmouth approximately 22 miles away with an array of attractions and beaches.
