We have absolutely loved living in this house, and it has been the perfect first home for our young family.

One of the highlights for us has been the ample storage space. We have added fitted wardrobes and there is plenty of room in the garage and loft, with potential for loft or garage conversion if you need even more space.

The garden has recently been done up with natural stone paving, plant beds, and fresh turf, creating a lovely outdoor space. The newly built decking area, complete with shade, feels like an extension of the living room, perfect for unwinding and relaxing, even on rainy days.

Being in a cul-de-sac, the house is very quiet, offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. It is also in the catchment area of several outstanding schools, which has been ideal for our family.

Inside, the en-suite in the master bedroom, along with the family bathroom and ground floor toilet, have been very useful, especially when we have guests over.

The location is fantastic, offering excellent transport links with quick train access to Waterloo, easy reach of the M4, and proximity to Heathrow. A short bus ride takes you to Hatton Cross tube station, making commuting a breeze.

Feltham High Street is very close by too which means you have an abundance of amenities and shops nearby including Lidl, Asda, Tesco, Aldi and the Post Office.

Bedfont Lake is a short distance away which is great for walks, it also hosts a weekly Park Run if you're feeling more active.

The house is in great order thoughout and is just ideal for families, there are three toilets which means the whole family can get ready in the mornings without getting in each others way. The privacy the garden offers is absolutely ideal too, I can imagine whoever buys this will spend plenty of time in the Summer enjoying what the owners have created.
