Why the owner loves the property:
I first bought this house because of the spacious rooms and so much storage. I love how every room offers so much natural light, I love the privacy in the garden in that your not looked over from the back of the property. I love to sit in the conservatory in the morning with a coffee in my pajamas knowing no one can see. I enjoy gardening in the gardens, and enjoy the lazy days in the sun. Its a quite area and we always find somewhere to park both cars close to the house. The convenience of a 5 minutes walk to the local Morrison's, chippy/Chinese or the gym to work off that food is great. There are also plenty of green spaces to walk round, or to feed the ducks at the lake and play in the parks.
