Why the owner loves the property:
We've lived in the house for 20 years. The reason we are selling is that we are we are retiring and moving to another country. We love it here for many reasons. It's is located in town, close to shops and transport, yet very near a more rural part of Reading and Oxfordshire, with lush green hilly fields and beautiful lakes. The large garden also adds to the rural feel, particularly in summer at night, enjoying a barbecue and watching bats fly by. Over the years, we've had wild visitors including deer, foxes, woodpeckers, birds of all sorts and of course local resident squirrels. As nature lovers, we don't need to drive far for nature walks, and have been spoilt for choice. For those reasons and many more, we'll definitely miss this place.
