Method of sale

The land is offered for sale by informal tender. Interested parties should complete the associate informal tender form and return it to Wignalls Chartered Surveyors no later than close of play (5pm) on 31st May 2024. Tenders should be returned in an envelope clearly labelled with "Land at New Lane" along with the associated lotting you are submitting a tender for.

Via informal tender, the vendor reserves the right to change the sale method at any time, or withdraw from the sale of the land. They are also not bound to accept any offer, nor the highest and are at liberty to choose any tender they wish.

The land benefits from an abstraction license which benefits the vendor. Interested parties are expected to make their own investigations in to the transfer/application of the abstraction license and whilst they will make every effort, the Vendor offers no guarantee of ability to transfer.
