  Donna joined the firm in 1998, having also worked for Hockleys Residential and has clocked up over 20 years experience in estate agency. Since joining the firm she has been responsible for overseeing after sales going the extra mile to push sales through to a successful conclusion.

  Stuart started out in estate agency in 1994 having worked for Hockleys Residential in Peterborough, formerly part of the Norwich and Peterborough Building Society Group, he was one of the original Partners in the management buy-out which formed Gilson Bailey & Partners in 1995. Stuart undertakes market appraisals on behalf of our clients whilst keeping a keen eye on sales within the office.

  Tina joined Gilson Bailey Lettings in March 2011 bringing with her over ten years of experience in managing client accounts, dealing predominantly with client accounts she is meticulous in her management of our landlords rental income and assists with the day to day management of the office. Tina also holds a AAT Foundation Certificate in Accounting Level 2 Distinction and a Level 3 in Residential Lettings and Property Management.

  Kristina joined our team in early 2010 following 8 years with other local firms specialising in after-sales, prior to this she spent many years working within the financial services industry so is well placed to offer guidance and reassurance to our clients throughout the entire process.

  Mark joined Gilson Bailey Lettings in 2016. Having lived in Norwich for the past 48 years, he has great local knowledge and a love for the local area. Mark is passionate about the lettings industry and takes great pride in giving the best possible customer service to landlords and tenants alike. As a Lettings Negotiator, he is keen to find the most suitable tenants for our properties.

  Libby returned to estate agency in 2019 with ten years of invaluable experience along with her Level 3 Award in Residential Property Sales, she is a highly capable member of our team and assists clients throughout the sales process, through to after sales and on to completion.

  Lettings Negotiator

  Courtney previously worked in a corporate property management role before joining our team having enjoyed a career to date in customer service roles. Courtney holds a Level 3 Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management and her role involves her finding tenants for our landlords' properties ensuring both tenants and landlords requirements are met, always giving the best possible service with a smile.

  Zak has worked in the customer service industry for over 12 years and came to Gilson Bailey having previously worked for both local, Corporate and Independent Letting agents. Zak holds his level 3 Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management and is responsible for day to day property and maintenance management alongside dealing with all tenancy notices.

  Having run her own interior design business Sharon moved back to Norfolk, having previously worked alongside Chartered Surveyors in both commercial property sales and residential lettings she has extensive property experience, initially working within our property maintenance department Sharon now works with our Sales team undertaking viewing appointments on behalf of our sellers and assisting buyers in completing documentation to enable their purchases to get underway as quickly as possible.

  Bubbly and enthusiastic member of our team of viewing representatives, Francesca joined us in 2017 and works closely with the sales team proving feedback from our buyers.

  Alexina joined us early in 2010 as our accompanied viewings representative. She comes from a strong customer service background with a good deal of local knowledge she works closely with the sales team providing constant feedback from our buyers, negotiating offers and regardless of how busy we are remains unflustered.

  Friendly and approachable, Sam is a member of our viewing representatives team and works closely with our sales team to assist buyers in finding their perfect home.

  Loretta is very down to earth and loves getting stuck into her work! She joined our team in May 2019 and is now support for both Lettings and Sales teams. Undertaking viewings, working with tenants to find their homes and administration, everybody needs a Loretta in their office.

  Sarah joined our team in 2018 having gained many years' experience working in both the chartered surveying and estate agency sectors. In her previous role she worked as a domestic energy assessor carrying out EPCs and drawing up floorplans. Personable and professional, Sarah now combines running her own floral events company with that of Lettings Viewings Representative, a role which she thoroughly enjoys!

  Zoe joined our team in October 2020 as our PA / Operations Assistant, working with senior management alongside both our Sales and Lettings teams. She is our 'go to' person and thinks on her feet to get the job done, keeping our wheels turning.

  David has just under 20 years’ experience in the property market working for both independent and corporate agencies, and we are delighted that he has joined us to manage our Brundall office.
