  My name is Richard Evans, co-founder of Evans Estates. I have been an estate agent for 15 years and have excelled in my career due to my genuine passion for people and property. I am very proud of Coventry and have a passion for following the Sky Blues; I also love running and music. My childhood home was in Norman Place Road in Coundon, I attended the local schools of Hollyfast and Coundon Court.

  My name is David Hartopp, co-founder of Evans Estates. I was born in Coundon and still live in the area today. I attended Coundon Primary and Coundon Court School and since leaving I have worked for both small and large businesses. My first experience of work was in my family’s business; a butcher's shop in Radford, it helped me to develop a great work ethic and I also discovered my natural ability for dealing with people.
